    Dr. Alexis Hawks specializes in women’s pelvic health and is dedicated to supporting women and mothers at every stage of life. With expertise in pregnancy care, birth preparation, and postpartum recovery, she provides comprehensive support for challenges like pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, constipation, diastasis recti, and C-section healing. For new mamas, she also helps address infant body tension and early developmental milestones, giving your baby the tools they need to succeed in early movement and infant feeding.

    Her approach is holistic and deeply personal. She focuses on your unique journey, helping you build strength, ease discomfort, and feel ready for the next stage—whatever that may be. Whether you’re a woman experiencing pain with intercourse, an expectant mom preparing for labor, a postpartum mother adjusting to your new normal, or an athlete dealing with leakage during activity, Dr. Alexis meets you where you are and creates a plan to help you thrive and live life symptom-free.

    Rachel is a skilled pediatric speech-language pathologist, certified breastfeeding counselor, and infant feeding specialist with extensive experience in supporting families through feeding and communication challenges. Rachel takes a holistic approach that looks at the whole child to address and treat the root cause.

    Specializing in infant feeing, oral-motor dysfunction, and early speech delays, Rachel provides a comprehensive approach to solving complex feeding and communication difficulties. She works closely with families to overcome challenges like tongue ties, difficulty transitioning between breast and bottle, and speech delays— empowering parents with the tools and knowledge they need to support their child’s growth and development.
