Push Prep Workshop

For pregnant moms who want to learn how to optimize their pushing stage of labor using breath work, positioning, and conservative pain management strategies. This is for moms birthing in ANY setting and is inclusive to moms who plan to have a medicated or unmedicated delivery.

Held at Labor of Love Birth Center on the 1st Wednesday of Every Month @ 6pm

Breast & Bottle Feeding Support Group

Join us to chat all things infant feeding, get your questions answered, and connect with other mamas in the same season of life. Led by our breast and bottle specialist.

Mommy and Me Play Groups (Newborn to Pre-crawling)

Held once a month At The Starkey Library on Fridays (various dates) at 10:30am

Mom Walk Meet-Up

Our baby-wearing and stroller friendly walking group that starts & ends @ Starkey Market (3460 Starkey Blvd, Trinity, FL 34655). All moms are welcome to come get some steps, chat with other moms, and child development/pelvic health specialists on all things mom + baby.
